removing a sticky from shoutbox

I can not seem to find how to remove a sticky that I posted on My Shoutbox - Am I missing some key place that tells me these simple things.  Can someone tell me how to remove the sticky I looked in my manage sticky area and did not find it so i'm stumped - Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

Hello,

If you are using the new iShoutbox there's a couple of ways to remove a sticky.

1. You can "Login" your username at the bottom then click the "Moderate" at the bottom. From there you will see the shout you wish to "Edit" by clicking the pencil image. Select "NO" from the drop down next to the Sticky: then click the "Modify" button.

2. Login to "Admin" with your owner name click "Manage Shouts" and proceed as instructed in #1.

If you're still using the Chat4all then login "Admin" with your shoutbox owner name. Click "Manage Shouts" ten click "Un-Sticky" to the shout in question.
