05-09-2009: eu.chat4all.org move issues

We attempted the move of eu.chat4all.org to the new server, but ran into linking problems. So far we don't know yet what the cause is 

As a temporary solution, we have connected the services (that run on the eu server) to the US server (us.chat4all.org) so that at least there is chanserv/nickserv,etc functionality. Connections to the EU server are not possible and are routed via DNS to the US server.

We hope to get it sorted out soon.

The problem seems to have been with the eu server running a 64 bit linux distro, which several unreal modules could not handle very well. After running a test unreal and test services on a 32 bit distro for about a week, without any problems, we have today reconnected this new eu server to the us server. We will monitor this new setup for about a day before changing the DNS. When the DNS is changed, people will be able to connect to this new eu server again.
