When shout is there some way to refresh auotmatic ?

When you post a shout, it is refreshed once to show the shout. The script does not have timed refresh in it because that is using too much resources.

When someone else posts a shout, only their window is refreshed.

Please remember that a shoutbox is not meant to be a chatbox. It is meant as a mini forum/guestbook application that is reloaded when a user reloads the page the shoutbox is on.
