Yesterday between 4 PM CET and midnight, the EU server was unreachable. I am awaiting a response from the service provider regarding this downtime. I will post the results here when it arrives.

Due to the fact that the EU server hold most of our websites, this meant that most of our services were down. Fortunately, the round robin setup for the chat worked, so that chat was still possible via the USA server, albeit without chanserv/nickserv.
