Our network provider in the USA is currently experiencing routing issues on their network. Since our USA server is located there, this server is currently unreachable. This means that it might take a few attempts to connect to Chat4all via our round robin connection (irc.chat4all.org), since that is used to balance load between the EU and USA server. To avoid this delay, connect to:
eu.chat4all.org
We hope the issues will be resolved soon and apologize fopr the inconvenience.

The connection seems to be restored. I hope we will get more information regarding the cause.
Message just received from our network provider:

we would like to inform you that we have fixed the routing issue together with Level 3 and that we are now back to normal operations. We will investigate how this outage could happen and make sure that we work hard to further optimize our processes.
