Testing chat4all support system

We are currently testing our new chat4all support system. This system will allow us to respond to support queries more efficiently, and it will also mean that we will see all tickets. Currently, we are receiving so many spam e-mails (eventho we do employ spamassassin to weed out spam) that we do occasionally miss e-mails for support that are sent to us.  :shutup:

We invite everyone to test this system by sending your support requests there. This does not mean that we will be using this specific system in the future, but your tickets will ofcourse be answered. Please note however that we (as with e-mail) cannot give a guaranteed response time to your queries. We, at chat4all,  are all volunteers and we will respond to queries as time permits  :)
