Hi there! We just added a chatbox to our site& really like it! However, we are trying to figure out if there is a way to widen it so we don't have to keep scrolling back & forth to read it! Please take a look, & give us any advice you may have!  Confused

Hi Smile

Your iframe height (as placed on the page not in your shoutbox admin) is set for 420. Try making it larger maybe even start with 520. I'm not sure if height='100%' will work or not.

EDIT:
I just tested the iframe size and the height set to 740 would take the vertical scroll out. But do you have the height set to something in your admin panel? You might want to consider this if you do.

Well, I set the height to 740 both in my admin panel & in the html, but the scroll is still there. Hmmmm...  Confused

Hi, your iframe was 270 wide while your shoutbox width was 300. I changed your shoutbox width (in the adminpanel) to 250 and now it fits perfectly Wink  The only scroll you have now is the vertical one, which is caused by the number of shouts you have chosen to display.
