Our main server IP is currently unreachable (for the past 8 hours), and it just happens to be so that XignaShout.com is on that IP address. I have placed XignaShout.com on one of my other IP addresses, so it should be working again. However, it may take some time for this update to be passed down to all users. This means that some users may be able to reach it, while others will not. How much time it takes depends on your Internet Service Provider's cache, and on how long ago you accessed XignaShout.com.

Typically, it would take around 3 hours, but it could also take as long as 24 hours. We are sorry for the inconvencience this causes.
