On October 20th, around 5:30 AM CET, the chat4all server and services stopped responding. This lasted up to around 1 PM CET that day. During that time, our service provider was not available either.

After some investigation, i found out that our service provider had scheduled maintenance on the backbone connection between 4 AM CET and 6 AM CET. They however failed to notify us, their customers, regarding this maintenance, and we therefore we were unable to notify chat4all visitors.  Shut up

The maintenance however had complications, which caused problems in part of our service provider's network, and the result was over 6 hours of downtime for a great number of servers, including chat4all. The connection had been fully restored around 1 PM CET.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
